Volunteer Development & Training Fund (formerly Steven J. Lambros Theta Tau Leadership Fund, then Steven J. Lambros Volunteer Development & Training Fund) was established August 2011 and amended July 2024 and November 2024 to provide grant to facilitate scholarships for volunteer leaders to attend national educational events and support volunteer development and training efforts and initiatives to enhance and oversee volunteer support for sustaining, monitoring and growing collegiate chapters.
